1. Olympus is extremely reliable. Our lot and walkways are promptly cleared, and salt/ice remediation chemicals distributed when it snows. I never have to worry about coming in to a slippery or dangerous parking lot or walkway following a snowstorm.
2. We have a community lot and Olympus works with us to ensure that plowed snow is distributed evenly throughout the lot; alleviating disputes between the MCBA and others that use the lot.
3. Olympus always answers their phone or returns calls promptly. They work with us about concerns we may have.
4 Olympus bills promptly—invoices are detailed and understandable.
